Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. You can just click on this link . Otherwise you can find ‘track’ button on the menu bar and in the footer as well.
Once dispatched, customers will receive the same above link to monitor the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping provider. You can also log into your Upjau’s account and find all your order information. Here at Upjau, we take pride and strive to make sure all packages are delivered in a timely manner. Once an order is placed, it generally takes 2 to 7 days from the date it is shipped by the seller to reach the buyer’s address.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We gladly accept UPI, Visa, MasterCard and you will find many other options to choose from at the time of checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD orders and all orders must be paid online.
Currently, we offer free shipping/delivery for orders above INR 399. For orders below INR 400, a nominal shipping cost of INR 75 is applicable.
Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds under normal circumstances. All orders, once placed, are final and non-refundable.

Our team will review your submission and assist you as quickly as possible.
⚠️ Please Note: Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted. Refunds are only applicable in cases of damaged or missing items approved by our team.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account.
- Then contact your bank/credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Oh, you don’t have to worry at all. We shot most of the images used on our website at our nursery. For better transparency, On each and every product page, we’ve included plant images in pots (example), Seed images (example), and bulb images in hand (example) to give you a fair idea of the approximate size and shape of the product you’ll receive. However, please note that all the images are for reference purposes only. The actual product may vary in shape or appearance based on climate, age, height, etc.
Please feel free to order; we aim to ship the healthiest and most beautiful plants to you.
We provide the highest quality of Bulbs and Seeds to you. Since these are natural/live products there are certain conditions have to be considered as mentioned below for your guidance:
- Seeds: All seeds have a germination rate, which we have mentioned in the ‘Description’ of each seed product page(example). The germination rate will give you an approximate idea of how many seeds have the potential to sprout/germinate. Please note germination also depends on how you sow it, climate conditions, and soil mix.
- Bulbs: Since bulbs are also live products, they have specific conditions that must be considered for the best results. Their success depends heavily on how you plant them, climate conditions, and soil mix. Although bulbs do not have an exact germination rate listed, they have a high likelihood of sprouting and bringing a big smile to your face.
Due to these conditions, we are unable to offer any refunds if the Seeds / Bulbs do not germinate or sprout. However, please be assured that we will ship you the highest quality product.
We strive to deliver the best products, but as these are natural items, certain factors may not be within our control. There’s approximately a 20% chance that the plant, bulb and seed may sprout a color different or variety from what is shown or described on the product page. Unfortunately, due to different conditions (how you plant them, climate conditions, soil mix and other factors), we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, rest assured that we will ship you the highest quality product.
