Refund and Return Policy
We issue refunds or replacements for products to eligible buyers who have received damaged items. To be eligible, you must record a video while unboxing the package within 24 hours of receiving the order. This video must be shared with our Customer Support team via WhatsApp at 9953951421 for prompt assistance. Failure to provide the video within the specified timeline or if the video is recorded after opening the box will result in the claim being denied. Replacement confirmation for live plants will be assessed by our Customer Support team. If the plants are deemed to be in plantable condition, they will not be considered damaged.
*Once your refunds will be approved by Customer Care team, it will be processed in 4-5 working days.
No refund will be issued if the buyer cancels or refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery.
If the buyer is unavailable or unreachable, resulting in missed delivery attempts, no refund will be issued.
* Our company does not support any return of any item, hence we don’t have any return policy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of orders is subject to applicable charges (25% deduction on the total amount paid) and must be requested on the same day as the order date via WhatsApp at 9953951421 for prompt assistance. Cancellations will not be accepted after 24 hours of placing the order.
Late or Missing Refunds
